TELL US YOUR STORY
Initial Consultation: We begin with a no-obligation, in-home consultation to understand your goals and vision. We’ll assess the space, taking necessary measurements and photos.
Understanding Your Vision & Style: We document your vision, style, special requirements, and budget. Setting a target budget early helps manage expectations and ensures smooth operations without surprises, fostering open communication.
PLAN FOR SUCCESS
Scope of Work, Design & Estimate: Following the consultation, our designer will draft a conceptual 2D floor plan. Then, our estimator develops a detailed and comprehensive estimate, ensuring you understand all project costs upfront.
- Fees apply for conceptual design and estimates on complex or multi-room projects. For more in-depth design needs, we offer design agreements for detailed development and exploration with our designers.
Schedule & Contract: Post-estimate, we'll meet to review the details thoroughly. Once agreed upon, the next step is signing the Renovation Agreement.
THE MAGIC OF CREATION
Drawings and Permits: With agreements in place, our designers develop detailed design plans for your review, feedback, and approval, completing all necessary drawings for building permits.
THE FUN STUFF
Finish Selections: Collaborate closely with our designers to finalize all finish selections, tailoring every detail to your preferences for your renovation or custom home project.
OFF TO WORK WE GO
Project Tracking & Communication: Our construction team will keep you updated through our online communication portal. Regular meetings with your designer and the lead carpenter ensure seamless progress and adherence to your vision.
ENJOY YOUR NEW SPACE
Project Turnover: Once complete, we’ll conduct a thorough review of the work with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. Any necessary corrections will be addressed promptly.
Warranty & Service: We stand by our work with a comprehensive two-year warranty and conduct two quality assurance walk-throughs in the first year post-completion. We value the relationships we build and are committed to addressing any concerns you may have.
